Q: I need to update my billing details/change my subscription status. How?
 
A: Go find your latest Magic Mastery invoice, at the bottom of that invoice there is a link to login to Thrivecart. Please be sure it's your membership invoice, and not an invoice from another product, as the links do differ. 


Q: I'd like to update my password.

 
A: To change your password, please do a password reset at magicmastery.cc/login


Q: I applied to be in the Magic Mastery Facebook Group/Discord but haven't been accepted?

 
A: You must be an active member and have answered the question with the email address you used to sign up.
